Sekolah Industri Garment Apparel One Indonesia (SIGAP) Apparel One Indonesia Industrial School (SIGAP) as an initiative to bridge the gap between education and the needs of the industrial world, particularly in preparing young generations to face the challenges of the workforce. This program is designed to provide a strong foundation for students in fashion design so that they can better meet industry requirements. With SIGAP, it is expected that the gap between the competencies needed in the workplace and the curriculum taught in schools can be minimized.

In addition, several subsidiaries also provide support in the form of educational funding. One example is the Bakti Dharma Polimetal Foundation, which consistently demonstrates its commitment by regularly awarding scholarships to the children of high-achieving employees. This scholarship program covers various levels of education, from elementary school to senior high school.
