Culture Development Program

Triputra DNA serves as the Guiding Values for all Triputra people to realize the reason for being of Triputra Group: “Exist because of Indonesia, by Indonesia, and for Indonesia.” As Guiding Values, Triputra DNA acts as a unifier of the diversity within Triputra Group, ensuring that regardless of position, company, or tenure, all Triputra people share the same values. This also facilitates a common language and understanding, ultimately driving the effectiveness of socialization and internalization within Triputra Group. Several activities are conducted within Triputra Group to internalize this culture, including Employee Engagement Surveys, the Culture Alignment Index, socialization and campaigns, town halls, Culture Executive Forums, employee talks with management, culture appreciation programs, and others.
