The Triputra Pension Fund or Dana Pensiun Triputra (DAPENTRI) was established by PT Triputra Investindo Arya in January 2007 to manage a defined contribution pension plan or program pensiun iuran pasti (PPIP) for all Triputra Group employees. It was the desire of the shareholders to be able to guarantee the availability of pension funds for them at the end of their working lives.

PT Triputra Investindo Arya made a decision regarding the establishment of a pension fund that administers a Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP), as stated in the Decree of the Founder of Triputra Pension Fund No. 02/SK-Pend-DPT/I/2007 dated January 2, 2007 concerning the “Pension Fund Regulation of Triputra Pension Fund”. This Pension Fund Regulation has been approved by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. KEP-036/KM.10/2007 dated March 13, 2007, and was announced in State Gazette No. 29, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia dated April 10, 2007.

In 2010–2012, DAPENTRI was recognized as the second-best managed pension fund in its category by the Indonesian Pension Fund Association or Asosiasi Dana Pensiun Indonesia (ADPI).
