Established in 1998, Triputra Group continues to strive to grow bigger, more diversified, and more widespread. So far, we have developed business lines in Agribusiness, Energy, Manufacturing, Trading and Services. We also continue to learn and adapt in this fast-moving era. History
Theodore Permadi Rachmat, former CEO of Astra Group, started his own business by establishing PT Triputra Investindo Arya in 1998 as the holding company of Adira Mobil and Adira Finance. Both were previously owned by his father, which he took over and merged. Under him, Adira Finance grew rapidly and became one of the best financing companies in Indonesia.
In 2004, Adira Finance was sold to Bank Danamon, Tbk. for the purpose of development and future diversification plans of the Triputra Group. The proceeds of this deal were then used to expand the business lines into more promising industry sectors. To date, Triputra Group has four business lines, including Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Energy, and Trading & Services.
