A program designed to build readiness and capacity as leaders in Triputra Group, starting from the Management Trainee level up to the Executive level. This program equips participants with character development, competencies, business understanding, and leadership capabilities.

Triputra Management Trainee Program (TMTP)

A program designed to develop future leaders in Triputra Group for fresh graduates or those with a maximum of two years of work experience. We believe that developing leaders from within who embody the values of Triputra Group will be more effective in addressing future business challenges while supporting the sustainable growth of Triputra Group.

Triputra Supervisory Development Program (TSDP)

A leadership development program for prospective Supervisors or existing Supervisors within Triputra Group. Triputra continues to strive to develop leaders who are strong in executing work plans, disciplined in driving continuous improvement to achieve excellent performance, and who live the values of Triputra DNA.

Triputra Manager Development Program (TMDP)

A leadership development program for prospective or current Managers in Triputra Group. This program aims to develop managerial and business competencies so that participants can become capable leaders in facing future business challenges while strengthening their leadership capabilities.

Triputra General Manager Development Program (TGMDP)

A leadership development program for prospective or current General Managers in Triputra Group to further strengthen their competencies both in their respective fields and in leadership. This program equips participants with leadership skills and business understanding based on systematic and holistic thinking to improve business performance.

Triputra Executive Program (TEP)

A leadership development program for prospective or current Executives in Triputra Group. This program is designed to provide sharing sessions from internal and external Subject Matter Experts, as well as discussion forums among participants. Executives will gain deeper insights and collaborative leadership skills through sharing sessions, coaching and mentoring, as well as project-based learning.
